Roseluck

This is an excellent drawing, and you've done a great job putting her into 3D. The colors and shading are, for the most part very nice, and the proportions are great. The rose in the dirt mound is a nice touch as well.

Some things I might work on though are your shapes. The main body structure seems pretty good, but when you get to the face, it seems somewhat squished. The nose shouldn't be quite so sharply angled, and the hoe (I think that's what it is... I'm not super familiar with garden tools) in her mouth was a little distracting. It's drawn very well, but it's hard to tell that it's in her mouth, and I had to look at it for several seconds to realize it wasn't just floating in front of her face. Someone else mentioned other aspects of the face, and I agree with them as well.

However, I think you've done an excellent job defining your light source and making her mane have a beautiful color and texture, and you did a great job getting the right angle with the cutie mark. Keep up the great work. This is a beautiful picture!
